It is important to know, FraudCentral does not play Judge & Jury to determine a call legality in the majority of cases. The number one priority of FraudCentral systems is to reduce tracebacks for intermediate carriers.
FraudCentral will target campaigns that are known in the industry to be a "Traceback Target" regardless of legality. FraudCentral also targets campaigns for which it has a reasonable basis to believe are illegal and will become a "Traceback Target".
FraudCentral is about protecting your network and the consumers from harmful/unlawful calls. Unless FraudCentral has a reasonable basis for blocking a Media IP (traceback target and/or known illegal calls i.e., Government entity) FraudCentral will not block campaigns because they feel the campaign in question is annoying or goes against our personal beliefs nor does FraudCentral block campaigns because the campaign in question is a high-volume call business.
